Pates

Elegant and appetising, healthy and nutritious, the pates are made from Fencebay smoked fish using low fat cheese, to a special local recipe. Prepared in tubs. Serve them on the thinnest of melba toast, the finest wholemeal bread or as canapés or dips. Compliment them with a glass of Muscadet for a memorable experience.
